<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact battery pack capable of cooling an electric cell and minimizing an adverse effect on the life of a battery pack.SOLUTION: There is provided a battery pack 1 which includes a plurality of electric cells 10 arranged lined up in one direction and a spacer 20 disposed between the electric cells 10. Each of the electric cells 10 has a cell facing surface 11 on a surface facing an adjacent electric cell 10 and is restricted so that the electric cells 10 approach to each other. The spacer 20 has a plurality of protrusions 22 disposed to be aligned on one surface thereof, and has a spacer planar part 21 on the other surface. The protrusions 22 are formed to become thinner toward a tip and has a contact part 23 in contact with the cell facing surface 11 at the tip. The relation between a length (X) of the contact part 23 along the alignment direction of the protrusions 22 and a length (Y) of the cell facing surface 11 satisfies 0.01Y≤X≤0.1Y, and the relation between the sum (C) of areas of the contact parts 23 included in one spacer 20 and the area (S) of the cell facing surface 11 satisfies 0.25≤C/S≤0.5.</p> |
