<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an injection molding machine having a cavity compressing function which can improve both the profile accuracy and the dimensional accuracy of a molding.SOLUTION: A controller determines whether an ejector position matches a retreat completion position or not, executes an original point correction of an ejector plate position detection part when the ejector position matches the retreat completion position (YES) and makes the ejector retreat when the ejector position does not match the retreat completion position (NO) (SD01-SD03). The controller controls so that an ejector plate position matches a compression standby position, executes mold closing, starts injection, determines whether an injection pressure is equal to or higher than a specified pressure or not and controls so that the ejector plate position matches a compression position when the injection pressure becomes equal to or higher than the specified pressure (SD04-SD08). The controller determines a lapse of a specified time, controls, after the lapse of the specified time, so that the internal pressure of the cavity matches the compression pressure, executes dwell pressure application, metering and pressure reduction steps individually, executes mold opening and projection to complete the cycle (SD09-SD12).</p> |
