<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for optimizing a legal document in advance so as to correctly interpret semantic contents in subsequent computer processing.SOLUTION: A legal document analysis system 10, provided with an analysis rule storage part 24 for defining a relation between specific elements constituting a document and contents of conversion processing to each element as an analysis rule unique to a legal document in advance to execute morphological analysis processing for decomposing inputted legal document data into morpheme units and syntax analysis processing for specifying a modification structure between respective morphemes, refers to the analysis rule storage part 24 during syntax analysis processing, and generates a sentence subjected to conversion processing defined by an analysis rule in the case that a relation between elements corresponding to the analysis rule is included in the legal document data.</p> |
