PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable which is used in a system for controlling electric power by continuous pulses, typically an inverter drive of a motor, and suppresses charge and discharge currents produced in charge and discharge of a power cable which switching of continuous pulses accompanies.SOLUTION: A power cable is formed by stranding together a plurality of insulation cable conductors 1 which are coated with insulation on the outer periphery of a conductor 1a and an insulator 5 having e.g. a hollow structure and putting a sheath 9 of a low effective dielectric constant on the stranded product. The insulator of a low effective dielectric constant is arranged between every two cable conductors, and a separation interval between the conductors is secured with the hollow insulator.
