PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ITO-less conductive layer-provided substrate.SOLUTION: A conductive layer-provided substrate includes a glass substrate which has a first principal surface and a second principal surface opposite to the first principal surface, a low-reflection layer which is formed on the first principal surface and contains titanium oxide and zirconium oxide, a conductive layer which is formed on the low-reflection layer and contains aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a protective layer which is formed on the conductive layer and contains tin oxide.
