The present invention provides an apparatus for processing a glass substrate with high productivity and excellent processing precision. According to the present invention, the apparatus for processing a glass substrate comprises: a substrate supply part for stacking and loading multiple glass substrates; a substrate transfer part for transferring the glass substrate to a processing part from the substrate supply part; and the processing part for processing multiple glass substrates which are stacked and supplied at the same time.
