The present invention relate to a blanking apparatus and, more particularly, to an image recognition blanking apparatus which can accurately work without tolerance for error by previously recognizing an image of a circuit pattern on a copper plate and then performing blanking on a base material. The provided image recognition blanking apparatus comprises: a camera which photographs a circuit pattern formed on a copper plate into images; an image recognizing unit which recognizes and analyzes the images photographed by the camera; a blanking device which performs blanking on a base material attached to the copper plate with the circuit pattern analyzed by the image recognizing unit; and a control unit which controls the blanking position of the blanking device.
