PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and a base station, capable of transmission preference control that can cope with a state of the number of stages of radio repeaters and others, and usable of QoS management processing in combination.SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system 100, including a base station 120, a radio repeater 114 and a mobile station 104, parameters indicative of the number of stages and the type of radio repeaters on a communication route are included, as the elements of control channel information accompanying a communication channel. The base station 120 sets the parameters of the number of stages and the type when the communication route is determined. The base station 120, the radio repeater 114 or the mobile station 104 performs the transmission preference control to perform early transmission, if a large delay amount is expected based on the parameters of the number of stages and the type in data communication. |
