PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectral characteristic acquisition device that can measure wider width with high density.SOLUTION: A spectral characteristic acquisition device includes: an opening array, that is, an inclined slit array 30 that has a plurality of openings, through which light beams from a plurality of positions of an object 200 pass, arranged in a predetermined direction, the openings each having a direction inclined with respect to the predetermined direction as the longitudinal direction; spectroscopic means, that is, a diffraction element 50 that disperses the light beams having passed through the openings in a direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction; and one-dimensional imaging means, that is, a light receiving element 60 that has a plurality of pixels arrayed in a direction parallel to the predetermined direction and is provided in a plurality of rows at a predetermined distance, where the light beams dispersed by the spectroscopic means are radiated over the plurality of one-dimensional imaging means. |
