PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the crosstalk further.SOLUTION: A channel unit includes a pressure chamber substrate on which a plurality of pressure chambers are lined up in a first direction and a piezoelectric element which changes the volume of the pressure chambers. The planar shape of an active part of the piezoelectric element is larger in width on one side in a second direction intersecting the first direction than on the other side in the second direction. The larger-width side and the smaller-width side of the active part of the piezoelectric element in the second position are arranged in alternative directions so that adjacent sides in the first direction are different from each other. |
