<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet device which are capable of preventing breakage of piezoelectric elements.SOLUTION: A lower electrode 60 constitutes an individual electrode of a piezoelectric element 300, and an upper electrode 80 constitutes a common electrode of the piezoelectric element 300. The lower electrode 60 extends from an area corresponding to a pressure generation chamber 12 to an outside of a piezoelectric element holding part 31 on one end side of a longitudinal direction of the pressure generation chamber 12. A piezoelectric body layer 70 covers the lower electrode 60 without exposing it in the piezoelectric element holding part 21, and extends to a bond area of a bonding substrate 30 and a channel formation substrate 10 on the one end side of the longitudinal direction of the pressure generation chamber 12. The upper electrode 80 covers the piezoelectric body layer 70 in the area corresponding to the pressure generation chamber and makes the piezoelectric body layer 70 exposed in the piezoelectric element holding part 31, and is connected to outside of the piezoelectric element holding part 31 by a mounting electrode extended toward outside of the piezoelectric element holding part 31.</p> |
