<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely hold objects to be measured which differ in diameter by respective holding parts closely to detection parts arranged at the holding parts.SOLUTION: A part of a surface, opposed to a holding part 13, of a holding part 11 between the holding parts 11, 13 of a pair of clip pieces 2, 3 is formed as a reception surface 15 for receiving a plurality of kinds of measurement-object electric wires W differing in diameter, and a part of a surface, opposed to the holding part 11, of the holding part 13 is formed as a press surface 16 which is defined to be shorter in length along a length direction of the holding part 13 than the reception surface 15 and presses a measurement-object electric wire W positioned between the holding parts 11, 13 against the reception surface 15. When the pair of clip pieces 2, 3 rotates in the holding part 11 while the measurement-object electric wire W is not held to move the press surface 16 toward the reception surface 15 direction, a detection part 18 which is capacitively coupled to the measurement-object electric wire W is arranged nearby a region, to which the press surface 16 is closest, of the reception surface 15.</p> |
