The present invention relates to a method of maintenance and repair of communications over land and other hard surfaces having their cover layer formed by an aggregate mixture covered and cemented together by a recycled material being obtained by grinding the cover layer of such communications. The method is characterized in that by preheating the damaged place to a temperature in the range of 120 to 200 degC, the so preheated communication surface is then opened whereupon recycled material preheated to the temperature in the range of 120 to 200 degC is applied thereto. The recycled material is then leveled and compacted. The preheating of the recycled material takes place in vertical layers being up to 16 cm thick by a heat supplied from both sides of the layer. At the same time, temperature of the separated layers is monitored in the middle part of their thickness and heating of the corresponding layer of the recycled material is controlled based on the temperature measured. The vertical layers of the recycled material are performed in heating chambers of the device according to the present invention. |
