Disclosed are a backlash prevention device and a motor pump including the same. The backlash prevention device comprises: an inner race part which is coupled to a drive shaft rotated by an applied power source; an outer race part which is fixed to be separated from the inner race part; and a restriction part which is rotated in the rotating direction of the inner race part and restricts the rotation of the drive shaft.
