PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device excellent in higher heat radiation at a nearer portion to the light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The light source device 1 is provided with a mounting substrate 2 having a first metal layer 23 which is of a plate shape, is formed on its upper surface, and is composed of a metal material, and a plurality of light-emitting devices 4 which are mounted on an upper surface side of the mounting substrate 2 in contact with the metal layer 23 and have light-emitting diode elements. On the mounting substrate 2, there are provided a plurality of heat transmission parts 25 as thermal vias which penetrate the substrate together with the first metal layer 23 in the thickness direction and have a function to transmit the heat generated by each of the light-emitting devices 4 to a lower surface side of the mounting substrate 2. Further, an arrangement density of the heat transmission parts 25 is higher at a nearer portion to the light-emitting device 4 than a farther portion from the light-emitting device 4 in a plane direction of the mounting substrate 2. |
