<p>The operating head (1) for removing and fitting wheel tyres for vehicles comprises support means (2) associable with the arm (B) of a tyre-changing machine (A), a removal tool (3) having a substantially hook-shaped free extremity (4), associated with the support means (2) and moving between a fastening-on position of a section of the bead (C) of a tyre (D) of a wheel (E) fixed on the tyre-changing machine (A) and a position of extraction of the bead (C) section from the rim (G) of the wheel (E), and actuator means (5) supported by the support means (2) and associated with the tool (3), in which the actuator means (5) are suitable for moving the tool (3) between the fastening-on position and the extraction position.</p> |
