摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple variable nozzle type supercharging structure that can prevent, according to changes in the operation state of an internal combustion engine, the accumulation and adhesion of unburned HC that can cause deterioration of supercharging performance. <P>SOLUTION: The variable nozzle type supercharging structure includes: a variable nozzle vane in a turbine housing; an actuator for opening/closing the variable nozzle vane from outside the turbine housing; and a shaft for making the variable nozzle vane and the actuator operate simultaneously via a bush that penetrates through the turbine housing. The variable nozzle type supercharging structure is provided with an opening/closing device configured to operate in association with the rotation of opening/closing the variable nozzle vane of a rotating shaft so as to open/close, at between the rotating shaft and the bush, a passage from which an exhaust gas flows out from the turbine housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
