PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate capable of realizing high brightness and forming a uniformalized brightness pattern on a reflecting face in a comparatively short time, the light guide plate being one for a plane light-emitting device used for a backlight unit or lighting of a liquid crystal display panel, an electronic signboard. SOLUTION: In the light guide plate in which light is incident from an end face and is emitted from an emission face and a uniformalized brightness fine pattern is formed on a reflecting face facing the emission face, the uniformalized brightness fine pattern consists of a printed convex pattern and a laser-bored concave pattern.
