PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a cushioning function allowing assembly of a bottom part and a cushioning partition piece to be surely performed at a touch with a simple structure, and capable of easily entering a storage object therein. SOLUTION: This packaging box with a cushioning function includes: side faces 14, 16, 18, 20 comprising box body formation pieces 12 integrally stamped out from a single blank sheet and connected to one another; and a first bottom lid piece 44 and a second bottom lid piece 88 formed with connected side faces in an assembled state for closing one opening end. The packaging box includes a rising piece 50 arranged while crossing the first bottom lid piece 44, and an upper face piece 52 formed from the upper end of the rising piece 50 through a folding rule and continuing to one of the side faces. The packaging box further includes a stamped part 62 formed on the folding rule of the rising piece 50 and the upper face piece 52 for fitting a storage object thereto.
