A SOLLAR CELL COMPRISING PATTERN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a solar cell which includes a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged to face each other, a photoactive layer which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a preset pattern which is located between the first electrode and the photoactive layer. The preset pattern includes a first metal pattern layer, a dielectric layer which is located on the first metal pattern layer, and a second metal pattern layer which is located on the dielectric layer pattern. The light absorption performance of an organic solar cell is increased by forming the preset pattern on the upper side of the first electrode which is a transparent electrode.
