摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of smoothly photographing and measuring the peripheral part of an eye.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic apparatus having an optometric part for making examinations and measurements includes a moving means for moving the optometric part relative to the eye to be examined; an observation optical system for observing a front eye section of the eye to be examined from the front; a fixation optical system having a plurality of fixation marks and guiding the fixation direction of the eye to be examined; an alignment index projection optical system arranged inclining with respect to the optical axis of the observation optical system and projecting each alignment index toward the cornea of the eye to be examined from a plurality of oblique directions; and an alignment detecting means for optically receiving the alignment index formed on the cornea of the eye to be examined and detecting the alignment state of the eye to be examined with respect to the eye to be examined based on the optical receiving result. The alignment detecting means changes the alignment index used for detecting the alignment state according to the position of the fixation mark selected out of the plurality of fixation marks.
