PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation which has high safety, controls the lowering in functions essential to the skin which are caused by external factors such as daylight exposure, dry environment, and synergistically ameliorates appearance of wrinkles, flabbiness, stain, or the like, and xerosis cutis, or the like. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is characterized by comprising vitamin A and/or its derivative and an extract of apple seed. The skin care preparation is in the form of a solubilized preparation or emulsion preparation. The skin care preparation contains a base formulated with a high-pressure homogenizer. The method for skin care preparation production comprises preparing a mixture containing the case and the extract of apple seed with the high- pressure homogenizer and adding the to the mixture and mixing them vitamin A and/or its derivative. |
