PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 6000 series aluminum alloy sheet having superior bending workability including hem workability even when the forming conditions become stricter. SOLUTION: The Al-Mg-Si-based aluminum alloy sheet has a specific composition, and has a second phase particle refined and spheroidized to improve the bending workability, by focusing on anαphase which is a phase form of a crystallized product that has not been paid attention to, defining theαphase as a second phase particle (an insoluble compound) which is measured and determined with an X-ray diffraction method, and increasing a presence ratio of theαphase with respect to aβphase crystallized product which originally exists in the structure.
