PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the supply loss of electric power as much as possible by arranging a power conversion device 50, which converts the electric power from a generator and outputs it to at least a storage device (battery 21), in an engine compartment 2, and to cool the power conversion device 50 efficiently while inhibiting damage to the power conversion device 50 on a frontal collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The power conversion device 50 includes a power conversion device body part 51 arranged between a dash panel 9 and the storage device (battery 21) in the engine compartment 2 and a duct member 53 for leading outside air introduced inside a cowl box 15 to the power conversion device body part 51.
