The execution control device (101) detects a multiplexing degree (Nk) of a resource (Rk) involved in the execution of the operation (OPi) receiving the execution request. The execution control device (101) compares the detected multiplexing degree (Nk) of the resource (Rk) and a recommended multiplexing degree (Fi) of the operation (OPi).
