<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan creation system in which a physical quantity relating to the generation of utility to use a production facility that varies in accordance with a production plan can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A production plan creation system comprises a production line Petri Net model creation section 102 which creates a Petri Net model of a production line on the basis of inputted production line information, a utility facility information setting section 103 which sets utility facility information of a utility facility model which supplies utility to the production line, a target function setting section 104 which sets as a target function a physical quantity desired to be minimized in the utility facility, and a restriction setting./optimal calculation section 105 which performs calculation to minimize the physical quantity of the utility facility within a delivery limit of a product while using mathematical programming with a condition to be satisfied in the production line and a condition required for operating the utility facility as restriction conditions on the basis of the Petri Net model, the utility facility information, and the target function, and determines a process starting time in the production line on the basis of the calculation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
