<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bottle body in which a shape of the synthetic resin bottle body is created to allow smoothly reducing waste volume of the circumferential wall in accordance with decompression upon the interior thereof while maintaining a stable posture as the bottle body, and solving problems of a conventional refill container as relates to the synthetic resin bottle body in which the circumferential wall is formed thinly by blow molding. <P>SOLUTION: The blow-molded synthetic resin bottle body having a cylindrical mouth portion, a tapered cylindrical shoulder 3, a cylindrical barrel 4, and a bottom 5, is configured such that the circumferential wall of the barrel is formed into a thin wall, allowing the reduction of waste volume thereof in accordance with decompression inside the bottle body, the circumferential wall further has three ridge lines 12a and 12b that are formed at substantially equal intervals in mountain fold shapes in the vertical direction, and adjacent ridge lines are joined by three panel walls 11ab.
