<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding member in which the improvement of adhesion between the surface of a base material made of aluminum or aluminum alloy and a silver film is achieved, and to provide a method for producing the sliding member. <P>SOLUTION: In the piston 1 provided with a sliding face 22 sliding in the inside of a cylinder bore 3, the outer circumferential face 11 of a body 10 made of aluminum alloy is provided with a resin layer 20, a silver film layer 21 composing the sliding face 22 is formed on the resin layer 20, and the boundary face 30 between the silver film layer 21 and the resin layer 20 is provided with a mutually mixed layer 26 in which silver and a resin are mutually mixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
