PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treatment apparatus for resin particles that prevents convergence of heat to a resin particle recovery unit and improves discharge property of resin particles so as to prevent fusion of resin particles to the wall surface of the recovery unit and unification of resin particles in the recovery unit. SOLUTION: A heat-treatment apparatus has means for regulating flow of resin particles (center corn 103) that is provided on a central shaft of a cylindrical treatment chamber 102, the means having a root part thicker than a tip part and being thickest at resin particle recovery means 111 and side end part thereof.
