The device has a case (20) with two free open ends, two lateral sides, an upper side (22) and a lower side (21). One end is fixed to a rigid support (10) through a vertical axle (24) so that the case carries out a rotating movement around the axle. Another end has a hook (30) fixed to the case through a horizontal axle (32) to carry out a rotating movement around the axle (32). The movement of the case around the axle (24) liberates the hook so that a bearer line (5) is released from the hook for disintegrating a windsurfer from a wishbone.
