The present invention provides a car management system for car sharing and a method thereof, which can support car location monitoring and car control, by sharing a car by the hour easily and rapidly through functions of authenticating, verifying and controlling a service message by various policies and environment setting in processing optimality-based services and protocols and linking them between systems in an M2M integrated control platform. The system of the present invention includes: an M2M sensor/terminal which include a vehicle and a vehicle terminal, and collect car information through a sensor part attached to a car; an M2M integrated control platform which performs protocol processing and data authentication/verification/control of car information data transmitted from the vehicle and the vehicle terminal in real-time, which are the M2M sensor/terminal; and a car sharing system which supports car location monitoring and car control on the basis of the car information received in the M2M integrated control platform, and checks car reservation through the car terminal and then manages car usage. |
