Provided in the present invention are running shoes which comprises: a mid sole having the front end be tilted upward in a certain angle, and having multiple embossed absorption grooves having both sides opened toward the front of the lower surface; a twist prevention member having the plate-shaped member be bent multiple times to correspond the shape of the absorption grooves, to form an absorption protruded part inserted into the absorption grooves on the upper surface and having acceleration reducing groove formed on the lower surface; an interaction member having an acceleration reducing protruded part inserted into the acceleration reducing groove on the upper surface; and an out sole formed on the lower side of the interaction member to prevent sliding by weight focused on the front, for a user to have significantly reduced stress on the feet and to easily reduce the record of the user when the user running for long distance wears the running shoes. |
