PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase accuracy of channel information in an environment having low reception power, and to perform transmission and reception to increase phase synchronization accuracy when synthesizing signals at a reception-side device. SOLUTION: A base station device includes: for each antenna, a channel information acquisition unit for acquiring channel information of each frequency component in an uplink between the antenna and a terminal device; using as a criterion the channel information of each frequency component corresponding to one antenna among a plurality of antennas, from the channel information of each frequency component corresponding to each of other antennas, a relative component acquisition unit for calculating relative channel information to the criterion channel information of each frequency component; for each antenna-by-antenna frequency component, a channel information average unit for calculating the average value of relative channel information of antenna-by-antenna frequency component, calculated by the relative component acquisition unit for plural number of times; and using a reception weight obtained based on the calculated average value, a reception signal processing unit for performing reception processing.
