PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing water tank device in which production efficiency can be improved by making common assembly steps in manufacturing and assembly regardless of a usage state where hand-washing water discharging is omitted and a usage state where not omitted. SOLUTION: A washing water tank device 14 comprises outer covers 30 and 202 which are fixed freely removably to an exterior tank 16 and can be exchanged in accordance with a usage state where hand-washing water discharging is omitted and a usage state where not omitted, a coupling member 26 which is mounted between a washing water tank body and the outer covers, a water receiver section 92 which receives washing water discharged into a hand-washing bowl 210 of the outer covers and discharges the washing water into an interior tank 28 in the usage state where hand-washing water is not omitted, and a hand-washing water non-discharging conduit connecting section 80 which is coupled integrally to the water receiver section and to which, during the usage state where hand-washing water discharging is not omitted, a downstream side terminal portion of a conduit 70 is connected, the conduit 70 being configured to convey water to a spout during the usage state where hand-washing water discharging is not omitted.
