<p>The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker having an idle blow buffering structure. More specifically, the hydraulic breaker having an idle blow buffering structure is to buffer and alleviate shock when a piston inside a hydraulic breaker cylinder strikes a blow on a chisel, and then an idle blow is generated as an oil cushion reaction due to provided oil pressure occurs. The hydraulic breaker according to the present invention comprises: a piston (20) installed inside a cylinder (11); and a chisel (30) crushing an object to be crushed such as rock, ground, or the like.
