PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device and a photoelectric conversion module in which conversion efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a light absorption layer including a compound semiconductor capable of photoelectric conversion; a first semiconductor layer containing In provided on one surface of the light absorption layer; a second semiconductor layer provided on the surface of the first semiconductor layer on the reverse side of the light absorption layer and containing a II-B group element and In; and a transparent electrode layer containing In provided on the surface of the second semiconductor layer on the reverse side of the light absorption layer. The second semiconductor layer has a minimum value of composition ratio of In near the interface to the first semiconductor layer. |
