<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate display in a client device by efficiently using a cache memory even if a place or a time zone, where the client device is used, changes, about screen data frequently changing when executing an application program, in a server based computing system. <P>SOLUTION: A server device stores and manages data given with priority according to a use frequency in each identifier of screen information by use places and use time zones of a client device as a screen cache priority table together with a screen cache, and controls such that synchronization with the screen cache of the client device is performed.
