PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling mill for noodle dough, allowing improvement of working efficiency and prevention of breakage of a safety cover member while properly maintaining a function as the safety cover member. SOLUTION: The rolling mill for the noodle dough includes: at least an upper rolling roll 11 and a lower rolling roll 12 disposed parallel to each other with a gap G3, and rolling the noodle dough 17 passed through the gap G3 while rolling; a base member 14 provided on a side before both the rolling rolls 11, 12, and guiding the noodle dough 17 into the gap G3; and the safety cover member 15 which is provided above the base member 14 and wherein a bent part 15G of the lower end of a vertical wall 15C on the before side is disposed with a prescribed gap G4 with the upper face of the base member 14. The rolling mill for the noodle dough also includes, between the bent part 15G of the lower end of the safety cover member 15 and the base member 14, a rotor 18 contacting with the surface of the noodle dough 17 on the base member 14 and rotating according to movement of the noodle dough 17.
