PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric storage device with an impedance measurement function capable of effectively using charge provided for electric storage elements in the electric storage device; to provide a portable apparatus; and to provide an electric vehicle. SOLUTION: This electric storage device 100 with an impedance measurement function controls the turning on/off of first to fourth switches 111-114 to have, in one cycle, at least a period for carrying a current from a first electric storage element 10 to an inductor 120, a period for carrying a current from the inductor 120 to a second electric storage element 102, a period for carrying a current from the second electric storage element 102 to the inductor 120, and a period for carrying a current from the inductor 120 to the first electric storage element 101.
