摘要 <p>The present invention relates to mulberry leaf fermented powder tea and a method for producing the same. Mulberry leaves extracted from a mulberry tree are added in a sealed container to be naturally fermented and dried at room temperature. The fermented and dried mulberry leaves are pulverized to ultrafine powders or nanoparticles at a temperature below zero using a piece of low temperature nano shattering equipment. Accordingly, the mulberry leaves having a large quantity of active ingredients are produced into powder tea, so that consumers can intake several sorts of functional nutrients needed for the human body. The method comprises: a step of adding mulberry leaves in a sealed container to be naturally fermented for 12-48 hours; a step of washing the fermented mulberry leaves and rapidly drying the same to a temperature of 30-50°C to have a moisture content of less than 15%; and a pulverizing step of producing a mulberry leaf fermented powder by adding the dried mulberry leaves in a piece of low temperature nano shattering equipment and pulverizing the same to have a particle size of 300-600 in a pulverizing region in which the temperature of a pulverizing space is maintained at 50°C or less.</p>
