<p>The present invention relates to a nacreous pigment and a method of preparing the same. The nacreous pigment includes a flake substrate, a first metal oxide layer coated on the substrate, and an oxide layer coated on the first metal oxide layer and containing MgO·SiO2, and a second metal oxide layer coated on the oxide layer. The pigment exhibits high brightness, high chroma, high gloss, and multi-color effects.</p> |
