<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate loss costs expended on a yield loss (particularly the case of causal step being different) occurring at an individual step in a production line. <P>SOLUTION: A loss cost calculation method includes the steps of: calculating a reduced amount of material (a loss amount by process) as a yield loss at each process of each product (S3) on the basis of pre-given production information, passing-step information, cost information, and causal process information (S1) to register it as a loss appeal amount appealing to all upstream processes including the present process (S4); calculating the product of the loss appeal amount and a unit process cost (a loss appeal cost to upstream process) and the product of a by-process loss amount and a unit material cost (a material loss cost) for each process of each product (S5, S6); transferring the loss appeal amount and the material loss cost to the causal process, with reference to the causal process information (S7); calculating a by-facility loss cost obtained by totaling, for each facility, the loss appeal cost and the material loss cost that have been transferred to the causal process to output the resultant (S9, S10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
