PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging apparatus and a radiation imaging system capable of shortening an imaging time and reducing a burden on a patient when tomosynthesis photographing needs to be carried out over again. SOLUTION: The radiation imaging apparatus includes: an irradiating means that irradiates a subject from two or more directions while moving a radiation source that emits radiation; a photographing means that detects the radiation that has penetrated the subject by a radiation detector to take a radiation image; an information acquiring means that acquires vibration information indicating that the subject moves; and a control means that controls the irradiating means and the photographing means to carry out the photographing of the radiation image over again while moving the radiation source from a second position to a first position reversely, after pausing the irradiation and moving the radiation source to the second position, when the vibration information is acquired while the radiation source moves from the first position to the second position.
