PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device obtaining improvement in visibility by suppressing luminance unevenness even when adjacent design sections are provided in positions of close proximity to each other. SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes: a case section 2 provided with a recess 2A; a display plate 5 having a design section 5a indicating the situation of a moving body and covering an opening 3 of the recess 2A; and a light source 6 arranged on the backside of the design section 5a in the recess 2A and emitting light toward the design section 5a. In this case, an inner periphery surface 21 of the recess 2A is provided so as to reflect light from the light source 6 to guide it to the design section 5a. The inner periphery surface 21 is provided with a first inner periphery surface 21a provided on the opening 3 side and a second inner periphery surface 21b provided on the side separated from the opening 3 of the first inner periphery surface 21a. A first angleθ1 formed by the first inner periphery surface 21a and the display plate 5 is formed to be greater than a second angleθ2 formed by the second inner periphery surface 21b and the display plate 5.
