PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting/disconnecting device for a flying object such as an unmanned target plane, and a rocket motor for promoting the same, capable of easily performing a connecting/disconnecting work and recycling the recovered flying object. SOLUTION: This connecting/disconnecting device for the flying object and the rocket motor, includes a shaft holder 10, a sleeve 20, a shaft 30 and a supporting bar 40, the shaft 30 can be mounted and demounted by a locking/separating mechanism, and the locking/separating mechanism is constituted of the combination of a ball 16, a ball retaining hole 15, and a ball moving recess 21.
