A thermally insulated cup in the form of container for foodstuffs, made of a paper-type material. An inner cup (1) has the form of a conical surface section and contains a turned back peripheral upper edge. The outer surface (41) of the side wall (4) of the inner cup (1) is covered with an insulating cover (5). The insulating cover (5) contains creases in the form of bends (51), where the outer surface (52) of bottoms of the bends (51) contact the outer surface (41) of the side wall of the inner cup (1). The insulating cover (5) is an outer sleeve for the inner cup (1). The cover (5) has a side wall corresponding to the shape of the outer surface (41) of the side wall (4) of the inner cup (1). The cover (5) contains creases in the form of bends (51). |
