AUTOMATIC MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF PAPER BAG

The present invention relates to an automatic manufacturing system for a paper bag which economically and firmly manufactures a paper bag using recycled paper. The automatic manufacturing system for a paper bag using recycled paper comprises: a material supplying unit which supplies body paper forming the body of a paper bag, bamboo furring paper supporting the body paper, and a handle of the paper bag; a bamboo furring forming unit including a cutting means which cuts the bamboo furring paper supplied by the material supplying unit in order to form a plurality of bamboo furring parts with a fixated width, and an unfolding means installed in a moving path of the bamboo furring paper transferred after the bamboo furring parts are formed in order to fold and unfold the adjacent bamboo furring parts in a facing direction; an attaching unit which attaches the bamboo furring paper, unfolded by folding the bamboo furring parts, and the handle to the body paper; a storage space forming unit which forms a storage space by depressing the central part of the body paper attached with the bamboo furring paper and the handle, and mutually attaching both sides folded in order to face each other; and a control unit which controls the operation of the material supplying unit, the bamboo furring forming unit, the attaching unit, and the storage space forming unit. Therefore, the automatic manufacturing system can maintain the original shape even when storing an object therein, and can manufacture a paper bag with durability by evenly distributing the load of the stored object.
