摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air current generation device, an air current generation method and an air current generation unit capable of generating an air current stably even under a high temperature or under a dusty environment by an air current induction phenomenon by discharge plasma, and of performing aerodynamic characteristic control and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An air current generation device 40 has: one electrode 21 exposed on the same surface as a surface of a solid dielectric body 20; one electrode 22 separated from the electrode 21 while being shifted from the electrode 21 in a direction horizontal to the surface of the dielectric body 20, and embedded in the dielectric body; and a discharge power supply 24 capable of (1) applying an alternating voltage, or (2) applying an intermittent voltage and/or applying a voltage while adjusting a voltage value, between the electrode 21 and the electrode 22. By dielectric body barrier discharge between the electrode 21 and the electrode 22, an air current whose flowing direction is inverted and oscillated at a predetermined time interval is generated along the surface of the dielectric body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
