PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable coating composition which is cured when irradiated with ultraviolet rays so that a coating film having excellent adhesiveness to a metal, a metal oxide and a plastic resin, scratch resistance and moisture resistance can be formed. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable coating composition contains, at the least, (A) a copolymer comprising (a1) N-substituted (meth) acrylamide and (a2) alicyclic hydrocarbon (meth) acrylate and (B) one or more polyfunctional monomers each having two or more double bonds in one molecule thereof.
