PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost conductor film improved in close contact property between a polyester film as a basic material and a metal pattern layer in order to assure higher conductivity and high precision mesh pattern and also provide a low cost display filter using the same conductor film. SOLUTION: The conductor film has: a laminated layer film 4a at least on the single surface of the polyester film 4; and a metal pattern layer 3 having a metal layer processed in the shape of pattern on the laminated layer film. In this conductor film, the metal pattern layer 3 is formed on the laminated layer film 4a with a vapor phase film forming method and the laminated layer film 4a is formed of a composition including, as the main structural elements, a melamine system cross linking agent, and a polyester resin having carboxylic acid group and sulfonic acid group in the side chain.
